Jessica Hendricks is proud to call Southern Virginia, and more specifically, Halifax County, home. A native of the area with deep family roots stretching back multiple generations, Jessica brings a true local’s perspective and knowledge to every client she serves. From the backroads of Cluster Springs to the neighborhoods and communities throughout Halifax County along with Mecklenburg County, she knows the area like the back of her hand — and she loves helping others find their place here.
Jessica understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and she is committed to making the process feel as smooth, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, she believes relationships, communication, and trust matter most.
Outside of real estate, Jessica’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, Ryan, an A-EMT with Southside Rescue Squad in South Hill, are raising their two young children in the community they love. Much of her free time is spent embracing “mom life,” making memories with her kids, and enjoying the simple moments that make Halifax County feel like home.
With her local knowledge, strong community ties, and heart for helping people, Jessica is excited to serve buyers and sellers across Southern Virginia and help them confidently navigate their real estate journey.
