I needed a rental home about six weeks ago. I saw one for sale that looked perfect. When I called Nathan he arranged to meet us the next day and took us through the house. I made an offer immediately, and Nathan took it from there. He made any arrangements that needed to be made: with the seller, with the escrow company, and with the home inspection person. With the selling agent he made sure that the seller would correct for beetle problems and would provide a lot survey. He gave me the names and phone numbers of handymen in the area who could help with any problems that came up. Plumbers—he had name and phone number; utilities—he sent numbers immediately; Chase City info—he had a multi-page brochure which he had put together and printed for those not knowledgeable about the town. He is an especially nice person and was always quick to respond by phone or text if I needed anything.
